www.shottesbrooke.com.au
Shottesbrooke winery is named after the church in Shottesbrooke, Berkshire, England where Shottesbrooke's owner, Nick Holme's Grandfather was the Rector.
In 1981, Nick Holmes established the first Shottesbrooke vineyard and launched the Shottesbrooke label. A state of the art winery complex was constructed in 1996 to combine the latest in winery technology with hand-made winemaking techniques.
A small, privately owned winery nestled in the upper region of McLaren Vale, the wines are made by Nick's step-son, Hamish McGuire, and are receiving numerous awards and accolades for their fruit-driven and intensely flavoursome styles.
